The step by step journey

Getting support with sleep shouldn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. My goal is to make sure the process is simple, flexible, and designed to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Step 1: Book a free discovery call

The first step is to book a free 15-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-obligation chat where you can:

  • Share your current sleep concerns

  • Ask questions about your child’s sleep

  • Learn more about my approach and how I work

  • Explore which service (if any) might feel right for your family

There is no pressure to book further support — this call is simply a chance for us to connect.

Step 2: Choose your service

If you feel that my approach aligns with your family and you find a service that meets your needs, you can book in one of two ways:

Step 3: Complete a sleep diary & questionnaire

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and sleep diary. 

This is an important part of the process, as it allows me to:

  • Gain insight into your child’s individual sleep needs

  • Understand sleep across a full 24-hour period

  • Consider regulation, routines, environment, and family dynamics

  • Understand if there are any underlying feeding or health issues impacting sleep

This information enables me to create a bespoke, evidence-based plan, tailored specifically to your child and family.

Step 4: Consultation

After reviewing your sleep diary and questionnaire, we’ll meet for a 1:1 consultation lasting up to one hour.

During this session we will:

  • Talk through your personalised sleep plan in detail

  • Explore the reasoning behind each recommendation

  • Discuss gentle, realistic changes that feel achievable

  • Ensure you feel confident, reassured, and supported

This is a collaborative conversation — there is space for questions, reflection, and adjustment so the plan truly fits your family.

Step 5: Support

Daily WhatsApp support means real-time guidance, thoughtful check-ins, and responsive tweaks — so you can implement changes confidently, with me alongside you each day.
